Life Coach Affirmations
Using affirmations is one of my favorite ways to build a successful life coaching biz these days!
"Affirmations are phrases or statements that, when you repeat them regularly (either out loud or to yourself), can shift negative thought patterns and promote positive thinking, self-esteem, and motivation." www.everydayhealth.com
When using affirmations -repetition is the key to creating new neural pathways and synaptic connections in our brain. So it's a good practice to repeat these at least once a day.
When you're saying the affirmations breathe deeply and as you speak try to sense in your body what these affirmations would feel like if they were true.
Do these driving in the car, before your next sales call, getting ready in the morning, lying in bed...etc.
It's ok if these feel awkward or silly at first. With practice these will begin to feel more positive and true over time and you'll begin naturally adopting these new beliefs.
