Last January I took a mental health break from my life coaching business after some unfortunate life circumstances took over and the grief got a little too heavy to manage on my own.
Even though I needed to step back a bit to take care of myself, I didn't want to lose momentum with consistently hitting my weekly biz goals or lose any business either!
