In today's episode I interviewed, Julie Foster, a Born to Coach graduate and Grief Recovery Specialist.
Julie holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University.
She is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, trained by the Grief Recovery Institute, and an ICF Level 2 trained Life Coach.
Following the loss of her mother to Glioblastoma in 2018, Julie embarked on a healing journey, discovering evidence-based grief recovery strategies she now teaches to others. With over 10 years of experience as a mental health counselor and more than 22 years of sobriety, Julie is passionate about guiding individuals through transitional periods, and helping them achieve emotional well-being.
