Reiki, a form of energy healing, has become a natural extension of the deep, intuitive work we already do in our sessions.
Integrating Reiki allows me to connect on an energetic level, helping clients release blocks they didn’t even know existed. The shift is palpable—sessions feel lighter, more aligned, and breakthroughs happen with greater ease. Instead of focusing solely on the mind and emotions, we now work holistically, incorporating the body’s wisdom.
My clients leave feeling renewed, empowered, and with a greater sense of balance. For me, it’s been transformative to witness the healing that unfolds when we work not just with words, but with energy. Reiki has brought a deeper sense of harmony to the work I do, and it’s taken my coaching to a whole new level.
This fusion of energy healing and life coaching has created space for profound growth, not just for my clients, but for myself as well.
